Refund policy

Written refund policy 

Products are non-refundable. Limited exceptions apply. For all questions regarding damages and issues, exceptions for adverse reactions, and refunds please contact us at LUXE@baycareclinic.com. For detailed policy information please read below. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within one week of receiving the item if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If you have a concern about your order or an item is damaged, contact us. 

Exceptions for adverse reactions 

If you experience a reaction to the product, such as long-lasting redness or burning, a rash, or swelling, please discontinue use and contact a healthcare professional. For a refund, please contact us, and we will provide instructions on how to return your products.  

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us.
